Refund Policy

At Nouman Ki Dukaan, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
You received the wrong product.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
Be returned in its original box (if applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Items without original packaging.
Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

Damaged products
Defective products
Incorrect items received

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order placed by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the product if it meets our return conditions.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos or videos of the product
A brief description of the issue
