Return & Refund Policy
Welcome to Nouman Ki Dukaan. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a defective product.
- You received the wrong item.
To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with its original packaging and all accessories.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect).
Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5β7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through a bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
Exchange Policy
We only replace products that are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly delivered
To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product.
Return Shipping
- If the mistake is on our side (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Nouman Ki Dukaan will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other return requests, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
